Newgen Group of Companies is a BC real estate firm. We develop, manage and finance mixed use, multifamily and commercial real estate.
Who we are
Newgen began as a developer of its own projects and grew into a partner for others. Today we work in three ways: as a developer on our own sites, as a general partner and project manager for investors, and as a source of capital for projects that need it.
Our work spans concrete high rise towers, wood frame multifamily, townhome communities, residential subdivisions and professional office buildings, with more than $200 million in development completed.
We measure ourselves by one thing: whether the people who trusted us with their land or their capital would do it again.
